We are all different and unique. It is possible to get results for your unique situation within a few sessions, or you may need more – it all depends on what you want to achieve. In the end, it is you who is in charge of your process. The coach is there to focus and support you on your journey.

For starters, I offer a 3-week plan (Ignite).

However, I recommend 8 or 12 weeks packages – this is based on scientific studies which recommend that sustainable results are best achieved within this timeframe or more.

Sessions are offered face-to-face, over the phone, and online (via Skype or Zoom). All three are equally effective. Online coaching offers the added benefit of being in your own space which may allow you to be more at ease and comfortable. The choice is yours.

Ignite: $330

This is a 3-week coaching package that will initiate your change process. This is an entry level package that will enable you to work on your goals and visions. An exciting door to the desired change!
